Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Custom Photo Gifts Co., every product is personalized and made especially for you with care and attention to detail.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or product selected
  • Incorrect personalization provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

How to Request Support

Please contact Custom Photo Gifts Co. within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements
